This place gives the standard chain BBQ in flavor, sauces and doesn't really set themselves apart in a town full of BBQ. It's good in a pinch, but other options are available.

Love this place!! Food is always fresh no matter the time of day. The staff is always kind and courteous. Always a nice, quiet place to get excellent bbq! Recommend the spicy cheddar sausage!

Sauce was great. ribs ok, beef sandwich seemed greasy, not a fan of the chopped beef, rather had sliced beef.. You can find a lot better bbq.

Delicious bbq, fast friendly. Kids eat free on Sundays is a great savings for family. Free ice cream is awesome. Your phone number is the reward loyalty program, no more punch card.

Great BBQ;terrible customer service. I have eaten there 3 times over the coarse of about 2 years and 2 out of 3 times they left something out of our order (which we still paid for) or messed something up. You also can't place call in orders......

Food is great. BBQ snobs may prefer other places but if you base your opinion solely on the food and not on preconceived ideas of which BBQ joints in KC are the best, Dickey's is very good. The staff has always been nice, the service good.
